V1.13 Fixes to the update

- Full sized nova (that means that new to this version if you touch the bottom of the screen with the ball then you have to re do that level).
- Beating the game works correctly
- Default is normal control mode. Glide mode (which was the default in v1) is now only active if you press the g key.
